1. Services Offered:We offer mobile detailing services for vehicles, which may include washing, polishing, interior cleaning, and other related services as requested by the customer.
2. Customer Responsibilities:Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle, including its condition, and for securing a suitable location for the service to be performed.
3. Liability:While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle and the quality of our services, we are not liable for any damage or loss of personal items left in the vehicle during the service. We are also not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle.
4. Consent:By requesting our services, customers consent to our team accessing and working on their vehicle. Customers should remove any personal or valuable items from the vehicle before the service begins.
5. Payment:Payment is due upon completion of the service, and we accept various payment methods, such as Bank transfer , Afterpay, pay id, cash as outlined in our pricing agreement.
6. Cancellation:Customers are required to provide a minimum of 48hr notice period for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. ( certain circumstances apply)
7. Privacy:We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information or details about the service without your consent.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee:We aim for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours to address any concerns.
9. Weather:Mobile detailing is subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a service if weather conditions pose a risk to our team or the vehicle.
10. Complaints:Any complaints or issues should be reported to us within 24 hours after the service date for resolution.
